Ingredients
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.
- Take the pressed tofu block in your hand and crumble it into the pan with your hands or cut in squares.
- Mix all the seasonings in a bowl. Sprinkle the seasonings over the tofu mixture.
- Stir to combine until the seasonings are fully incorporated
- Reduce heat to low, add in the milk, and stir again to combine thoroughly.
- Cook for about 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
How To Store Tofu Scramble
Store leftover tofu scramble in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Let it cool completely before refrigerating to help maintain its texture and flavor.
To reheat, warm it in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or microwave it in 30-second intervals until heated through.
Can you freeze it?
